On Time Policies

As we have many appointments to accommodate, it is important that you are on time and ready for pick-up. If you are more than five minutes late, depending on our schedule, we may be forced to leave. Please be assured that we will call you first to avoid any possible miscommunications.

Generally, your driver will arrive several minutes early to start loading luggage. If your driver feels he / she will be even one minute late, you will receive a phone call to communicate.
